Manufacturing Assembler (Contractor)

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies by hand using basic hand tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers
• Adhere to detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy throughout the assembly process
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in packing and labeling finished goods for shipping
• Accurately perform transactions in the ERP system to capture required production data and report any non-conformities to higher-level technicians or engineers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality standards
• Adhere to documented processes to ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and Quality System Regulations, ISO Standards, and other requirements as defined by company objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Must be authorized to perform services in the United States without sponsorship
