Manufactured Home Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manufactured Home Manager to join our U.S. Rebuild team in Western North Carolina. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Lead and supervise teams, including foremen and construction workers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with homeowners and local authorities to ensure mobile homes and campers meet safety standards, fit the community's needs, and integrate smoothly with the surrounding environment
• Ensure that the structures serve both functional and aesthetic purposes for the community
• Address and resolve any delays, safety issues, or quality concerns that arise during the project
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Class A Commercial Driver's License, or no hindrances to obtaining one, is required
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire
