  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, concise execution status updates to stakeholders via email and Slack; contribute to regression testing efforts and release validation cycles.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze requirements for ambiguity and testability; contribute to process improvement across software development and systems integration workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Up to 4 years of experience as a Software QA / Test Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases, test suites, and test plans for both UI and API layers.
  • Proficiency with a test case management system (TestRail preferred) and API testing tools (Postman preferred).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to analyze requirements for ambiguity and testability gaps.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical defects and test results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborative instincts; comfortable working across multiple technical and business teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with or testing AI/ML systems, LLM-powered products, or generative AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI tools and the practical use of Claude Code, Claude AI, MCP server integrations, or similar.
  • Experience testing or consuming SDK-based tools.
  • Experience testing in dynamic data environments with variable or AI-generated outputs.
