MANSION - DINING ROOM ATTENDANT

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience working in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service.
• Work closely in a team environment.
• The ability to balance and carry service trays.
• The ability to accurately make notes and read POS order printed chits.
• The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• The ability to garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
• The ability to enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment, while completing all of the above.
