Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Expert (OH, Columbus)
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the description. Title: Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Expert (but we do NOT repeat job title as heading). So we start with maybe a short paragraph for metadata? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." There's no job ID. There's location, close date etc. We can include a short
for location and dates maybe. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph, the "Apply Now", "This position is currently accepting applications." Also remove duplicated "About the Organization" which repeats earlier organization description. We'll keep only one description of organization. We need sections: About the role (maybe from Job Description paragraph). Responsibilities (list of major responsibilities). Requirements (maybe position requirements? Actually there is "Position Requirements Major Responsibilities Include (not All Inclusive)" then list. Then there is "Skills / Certifications" then "Qualifications". Also there is "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" not present. So we should not create those sections. We need to decide mapping: The posting includes: - Organization description (Established in 2006...). That could be "About the Organization" but we have heading "About the role"? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings if content exists. Thus: - About the role: maybe a summary of what the role does. Could be the first paragraph after Job Description: "Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Experts. The Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as the principal advisor for workforce planning, manpower analysis, personnel-resource integration, and financial analytics within the Ohio National Guard Office of Human Resources. The position converts complex personnel, organizational, and budget data into reliable forecasts, decision products, and actionable recommendations that support leadership priorities, workforce readiness, fiscal stewardship, and compliance with applicable policies and controls." We can put that as
under
About the role
. - Responsibilities: list from "Major Responsibilities Include (not All Inclusive)" bullet points. We'll make- each.
- Requirements: maybe the "Position Requirements" includes responsibilities; but we already used that. Actually "Position Requirements Major Responsibilities Include (not All Inclusive)" is responsibilities. Then there is "Skills / Certifications" and "Qualifications". So we can map:
- Requirements: maybe the bullet list of responsibilities? But we already used that for Responsibilities. The instruction says use headings for those categories; we can have both Responsibilities and Requirements. Requirements could be the "Skills / Certifications" section? Actually Skills / Certifications includes education, experience, security clearance, software list. That seems like requirements. Qualifications is a separate list of advanced expertise etc.
Thus:
-
Requirements
: include Bachelor of Science, Fifteen years experience, favorable Tier I (T1)/NACI, must maintain security clearance, list of programs/software. -Qualifications
: include advanced expertise in financial and statistical analysis, proficiency in predictive modeling, etc., advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA/Macros, complex formulas, knowledge of federal statutes, proven track record in budget execution, MDEP analysis, AAA audit readiness, high-risk program compliance, PPBE process, expert-level SQL, Python/C++, database architecture, data governance, automated dashboard/reporting, hands-on experience with NG systems, experience reviewing allowance standards, proven capability in ARNG/ANG operational resourcing planning, personnel readiness, strength management, lifecycle sustainability, control grade analysis/resourcing, recruiting/marketing ROI forecasting, ability to provide analytical recommendations for process improvements, identify coordination friction points. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet point as is, not summarizing. We need to format as- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For paragraphs, use
. We must not repeat the job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, "Apply Now", "This position is currently accepting applications.", duplicated organization description (we have one). Also remove "Full-Time/Part-Time Contingent Compensation Position Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Expert Close Date Open Date 9/28/2026 Location Ohio - Columbus". That's metadata; we can fold into a short
maybe. But we need to decide if we include location and dates. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location and dates. Thus after the heading sections, we can have a
containing: "Location: Ohio - Columbus. Open Date: 9/28/2026." (Close date maybe not given? Actually there is Close Date Open Date 9/28/2026; maybe it's open date? We'll just include both as given.) We should not include "Full-Time/Part-Time Contingent Compensation Position" maybe that's not needed; but it's substantive? It indicates employment type. Could include as part of metadata. We'll create a short
after sections: "Location: Ohio - Columbus. Open Date: 9/28/2026. Employment type: Full-Time/Part-Time Contingent." Now ensure we don't create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Check for any duplicated content: we removed the duplicated organization description. We kept only one? Actually we didn't include any organization description besides the About the role paragraph. The original had two copies of organization description; we omitted both. That's fine because the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; organization description is substantive? It might be considered boilerplate but it's about the organization. The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove organization description; but they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The organization description is somewhat generic but could be considered substantive. However they gave example headings: About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not About the organization. So we
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For paragraphs, use
