Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of quality nail treatments.
• Recommend treatments to guests.
• Consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Effectively communicate with Spa Director and Spa Supervisor.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained at exceptional levels.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
• Sell and recommend retail products to guests.
• Promote self and visibility of the spa by interacting with guests.
• Act as an ambassador for Sonesta while at work and away.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Advanced vocational training plus one year of experience.
• Must have and maintain all licensing requirements of the state of South Carolina.
• Must maintain excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; fluent English speaker.
