Primary Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities
- Assist with personal care such as dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Communicate updates regarding the client's condition and daily activities
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors
- CNA or HCA certification required
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable cell phone and be comfortable using caregiving apps for scheduling and documentation
- Must be able to write clear and accurate documentation in English
- Must be comfortable using technology to clock in/out, review care plans, and complete shift notes
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- At least 18 years of age
