Maintain high standards of customer service in Mandarin. Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in Taiwan. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
