Job Duties
- Assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene
- Light housekeeping, laundry, bed linen changes and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Client errands and companionship
- Redirecting and deescalating techniques
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to travel in the St Louis City & County areas
- Valid driver’s license, reliable/personal vehicle with auto insurance coverage
- Availability to work every other weekend, required
- Absolutely available to work 30 hours per month, required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, required
- Ability to work in homes with pets and smokers, preferred
- Ability to work in client homes located in assisted living or independent living with pets required.
- Experience working as a Caregiver / CNA / Home Care Aide/Mental Health Tech for Dementia and Alzheimer's geriatric patients, highly preferred
