Mandarin Architectural Drafter/Designer

About the role

This position requires coordination with architects and municipal government departments, communication with the China design team, and cooperation with the US design team. The role involves translating between both teams to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects and municipal government departments for personal communication, building program drawing, construction drawing, construction, and communication work.
• Communicate and cooperate with the China design team and US design team, translating for both teams to make work done more efficiently.

Requirements

• Fully proficient in both English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in various design software including AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc. (training and supplies provided by the company);
• At least 2-3 years of architectural design experience.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin;

• Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday 10AM-7PM, Friday 9AM-6PM, with a 1-hour meal break.

Pay

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
