Managing Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead successful engagement delivery efforts for clients to maximize adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction within the EMR.
• Manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate.
• Analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved.
• Create alignment with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
• Deliver against core organizational initiatives and ensure utilization trends meet organizational expectations.
• Lead and deliver Adoption Consultant work with clients, managing the workload based on team size.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management, partner program, practice outcomes, and organizational development.
• Strong business acumen to ensure utilization trends meet organizational expectations.
• Effective leadership skills to build, lead, and maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing complex projects and resolving project risks.
• Proficiency in driving customer and caregiver value through adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction improvements.
