Managing Principal - AI Strategy

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within the Energy & Utilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief AI Officer to execute the company’s AI strategy and governance
• Lead the AI Center of Excellence establishing standards and best practices
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI across operations and client delivery
• Align AI strategy with Microsoft and Cognizant while ensuring the company’s differentiation
• Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI strategy and large-scale transformations
• Develop and evolve the company’s AI portfolio and shape strategic pursuits
• Identify emerging AI technologies and advocate for responsible AI adoption

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AI, data platforms, or related disciplines
• Deep expertise in generative AI and enterprise AI architecture
• Experience advising C-suite executives on AI strategy
• Demonstrated success leading technology Centers of Excellence
• Proven ability to connect business strategy with AI technologies
• Exceptional executive communication and influence skills

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
