As a managing partner, you’ll lead the growth of a dynamic team of financial representatives by recruiting, mentoring and inspiring individuals to reach their full potential. You’ll represent Modern Woodmen at networking events and career fairs, recruiting top talent to join your district. Through hands-on coaching, you’ll help your team achieve professional goals while helping Modern Wood
