Managing Partner

About the Role

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations. As a Managing Partner, you will ensure fresh food and exceptional service are delivered to guests at all times. This role is ideal for an entrepreneur who wants to run their own restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team.
• Direct the work of the management team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers.
• Manage performance of the management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees.
• Manage weekly and monthly P&L.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets.
• Provide ultimate oversight and control over all food and labor costs.
• Handle sales and labor planning.
• Verify daily Taste & Temp standards.
• Ensure audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are maintained.
• Plan annual parties and fun outings for the staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant at all times for employees and guests.
• Oversee all local store marketing activities.
• Develop key employees and managers, including training in employment policies and practices.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and managers.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Partner with all store vendors and support center contacts.
• Attend weekly and quarterly regional meetings.
• Maintain the restaurant’s culture and live core values daily: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.
