Responsibilities

  • Create a compelling vision for the future, develop clear goals, and ensure executional excellence in partnership with Regional and Store Manager(s).
  • Set and communicate clear objectives, demonstrating commitment to exceed results through KPI management and high accountability.
  • Establish LensCrafters as the leading optical provider within the community.
  • Operate as a stakeholder within the organization and local market, placing the patient/customer as the central focus.
  • Deliver excellent service and strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
  • Lead and manage the team in providing unsurpassed patient service excellence.
  • Address all patient/customer visual lifestyle needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Listen carefully to patient/customer questions or concerns and provide a summary of overall eye health.
  • Conduct service in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care, establishing a positive doctor/patient relationship.
  • Utilize and leverage all technology to deliver an unsurpassed patient/customer experience.
  • Ensure effective communication with all office and store associates for a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain office quality systems and state licensure, practicing to the full scope of that license.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members using company-provided programs.
  • Deliver timely feedback to associates and address performance issues directly.
  • Foster a positive culture aligned with corporate vision and values.
  • Lead effective store huddles and conduct chart audits with Associate Optometrists.
  • Recruit, interview, and select high-caliber talent, creating a pipeline for succession planning.
  • Forecast staffing needs and adjust levels to meet patient demand.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain office appearance, and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sound business management practices.
