About the role

The Managing Director will lead the Technology-Enabled Finance Transformation initiative, driving strategic change and innovation within the finance function to enhance efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the integration of new financial technologies across various departments to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology projects that address key business challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, IT, and other finance leaders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading large-scale technology-enabled transformation initiatives in finance.
• Experience in implementing advanced financial systems and software solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, operations, or technology roles.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are preferred.
