Managing Director, San Francisco

Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $200,994 – $225,000 annually.

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new business development strategies
• Assist in selling the REMS service line to clients
• Collaborate with the Regional Managing Director for alignment
• Strengthen client relationships and drive operational performance
• Transition new accounts to the REMS platform
• Price business offerings adhering to the company guidelines
• Manage special projects and reports as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years in commercial real estate or property management
• Extensive experience in business development
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong business acumen
