We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Intro about Rocketship mission (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the mission description? The posting includes "At Rocketship Public Schools, we believe...". That's about organization, not role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use About the role for the introductory mission and position description summary. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions Related To The Role" sections: Academic Performance and School Culture, People Leadership, Strategic Leadership of the Region, School Operations Leadership, Professional Culture. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Physical Demands"? But that's not a requirement; it's physical demands. Could be under Requirements? Not sure. The posting includes "Required Qualifications" list: 2+ years principal experience, 2+ years teaching, elementary/middle teaching or leadership experience required, Bachelor’s degree, Administrator license required, experience managing principals preferred. Also compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 a year. Also "Compensation Commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus excellent health and wellness benefits, 403b retirement plan, flexible spending account (FSA), and generous paid time off." That's benefits and pay. We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does: "$135,000 - $145,000 a year". Also "Compensation Commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus excellent health and wellness benefits, 403b retirement plan, flexible spending account (FSA), and generous paid time off." So we have pay and benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule heading. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer but we should not invent. So we omit Skills. Qualifications: We have Required Qualifications. Could be under Qualifications heading. Requirements: Could be the "Required Qualifications"? Actually they are qualifications. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We need to decide what to put where. Typically Requirements are like "must have", Qualifications are "preferred". But we can put the required qualifications under Requirements, and preferred under Qualifications? However the posting says "Required Qualifications" then list, then "preferred". Actually it says: "Required Qualifications 2 or more years of experience serving as a principal in a high-performing charter school 2 or more years of additional years of successful teaching/instructional expertise with a record of strong achievement resultsElementary or middle school teaching or leadership experience requiredBachelor’s degreeAdministrator license requiredExperience and demonstrated track record in managing principals/schools towards high student achievement outcomes preferred". So we can treat the first part as Requirements, and the "preferred" as Qualifications (or Skills). But we have a Qualifications heading allowed; we could put the preferred experience there. However we also have a Skills heading; we could put skills there but we don't have explicit skills. Better: Use Requirements for the mandatory items (principal experience, teaching experience, elementary/middle teaching or leadership experience, Bachelor’s degree, Administrator license). Use Qualifications for the preferred item (experience managing principals/schools towards high student achievement outcomes). Could also include "2 or more years of additional years of successful teaching/instructional expertise" as part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info. Also include the mission description under About the role. Responsibilities: We need to list each bullet as
  • . The posting has paragraphs with colon headings. We'll extract each bullet. Let's extract responsibilities: Under "The Following Are Essential Functions Related To The Role": - Academic Performance and School Culture: * Achieve ambitious academic performance goals while engaging and inspiring teams through alignment, strong communication, and ongoing feedback/coaching * Analyze and action plan around student achievement data and observation to continuously improve, drive results, and increase impact * Work with principals to ensure that they continue to implement rituals and practices that deepen parent engagement and investment while also creating/sustaining a welcoming school culture for families * Ensure that goals are met in regards to parent engagement, especially in parents realizing goals around volunteer hours, parent conferences, and home visits * Continuously drive a culture rooted in inclusion of special education students and rigorous support of a Positive Behavior Interventions & Support structure * Supervise school operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance - People Leadership: * Directly manage and coach 3 elementary school principals * Directly manage and coach a regional Associate Director of STEM / Enrichment, a regional Associate Director of Humanities / MLL, and a regional Associate Director of Student Services. * Foster a rigorous culture of excellence in every interaction with stakeholders, community members, partners, and team members * Increase accountability and empower all teams to ensure success against goals * Improve school performance through effective coaching, mentoring, recruitment, retention strategies, and team engagement * Lead strategy, planning, and execution related to family recruitment and enrollment, and parent leadership, organizing, and engagement * Lead strategy, planning, and execution related to family recruitment and enrollment, and parent leadership, organizing, and engagement (duplicate line; we should keep only once) * Cultivate and maintaining strong relationships with neighborhood stakeholders and community/neighborhood associations at each school * Work with principals to align teacher professional development to strategic priorities and school data and track performance improvement across the team * Design and deliver professional development to drive school outcomes - Strategic Leadership of the Region: * Build a strong organizational culture in the region and in each school that is aligned with the Rocketship organization and ensures school success and impact * Engage internal and external stakeholders for input, alignment, and support * Drive strong collaboration with the network teams to ensure that schools are receiving necessary instructional and other supports and that priorities are being fully executed across the region * Rocketship (maybe a typo) Actually line: "RocketshipLead the strategy and execution of all regional business projects, including vendor contracts, vendor management, state and local authorizer audits, and other reporting requirements". Likely missing space. We'll treat as: Lead the strategy and execution of all regional business projects, including vendor contracts, vendor management, state and local authorizer audits, and other reporting requirements * Identify and manage new operations initiatives to meet the changing needs of the region and our schools (e.g. transportation, co-location, etc.) - School Operations Leadership: * Provide consistent, high-quality behavior coaching and support to all local BOMs, focusing on school systems, Operations Specialist team management, and school leadership collaboration * Partner with school Principals and network Operations Team to ensure that schools function at a high level * Uphold a high standard of excellence for school operations and provide meaningful evaluations of school operations and BOM performance * Serve as point of escalation for school-based operational issues * Partner with new BOMs to lead the strategy, planning, and execution for the operational requirements for new schools in the region * Design and implement tools to drive operational excellence - Professional Culture: * Exhibit a high level of honest and humble self-reflection owning good and bad outcomes. * Effectively respond to and implement constructive feedback * Create a healthy, high-achieving environment where team and peers feel challenged, and also fully supported and valued * Promote and participate in collaborative opportunities across the network to share practice, problem solve, and gather feedback We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. Now Requirements: list mandatory qualifications: - 2 or more years of experience serving as a principal in a high-performing charter school - 2 or more years of additional years of successful teaching/instructional expertise with a record of strong achievement results (maybe phrased as "2 or more years of additional years of successful teaching/instructional expertise with a record of strong achievement results") - Elementary or middle school teaching or leadership experience required - Bachelor’s degree - Administrator license required We could combine the first two as separate items. Qualifications (preferred): - Experience and demonstrated track record in managing principals/schools towards high student achievement outcomes Pay: $135,000 - $145,000 a year Benefits: excellent health and wellness benefits, 403b retirement plan, flexible spending account (FSA), generous paid time off. Also mention "Compensation Commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus excellent health and wellness benefits, 403b retirement plan, flexible spending account (FSA), and generous paid time off." So we can list benefits. We should not include the "Compensation Commensurate with qualifications and experience" as a separate line if we already have Pay; but we can include it as part of benefits description. However we must not invent filler. We'll include benefits as list. We must not include boilerplate EEO etc. So we strip that. Now produce HTML:
