Managing Director of PreK-12 Academics

About the role

The AmeriCorps Education Fellow will provide academic support to students, assist with curriculum development, and engage in community outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic tutoring and mentoring to students
• Assist with lesson planning and curriculum development
• Participate in community events and outreach programs
• Mentor and support fellow AmeriCorps members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with youth or in education preferred

• Pass background check
• Willingness to commit to a full school year
