Key Responsibilities

  • Define and grow Teneo's Forensic Technology business, shaping strategy, market positioning and driving commercial growth.
  • Advise boards, C-suite executives and General Counsel on high-stakes investigations, disputes, litigation, regulatory matters and AI transformation.
  • Originate and lead complex forensic technology, eDiscovery and AI engagements, delivering innovative solutions to clients' most critical challenges.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, developing talent and fostering an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture.
  • Strengthen Teneo's market profile through thought leadership, industry engagement and strategic client relationships.
  • Promote innovation across forensic technology, data, AI and digital investigations, helping clients navigate an evolving risk landscape.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years' experience leading forensic technology, eDiscovery and digital investigations within a leading consulting firm, Big Four or similar advisory environment.
  • A proven track record of advising senior executives and winning, leading and growing complex client engagements.
  • Deep expertise across forensic technology, eDiscovery, investigations, AI and data, with the credibility to solve clients' most complex challenges.
  • Strong commercial instincts, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building teams, developing talent and growing a business.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business advice.
  • Experience with leading forensic technology platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace or Reveal.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. RCA, CFE, CAMS, IAPP or EnCE) are advantageous.
