About the role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Spire's strategic growth plan.
- Partner with leadership to enhance service offerings.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Create and implement business development strategies.
- Build relationships with RIAs and financial advisors.
- Participate in client meetings and strategic reviews.
- Recruit and mentor financial planning professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial planning or related leadership experience.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Experience in guiding teams and managing strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of financial planning processes and advisor needs.
- CFP designation or equivalent professional credential.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
