Developed by experienced CFP® professionals, Spire acts as an extension of advisory teams by providing comprehensive financial plan construction and support, allowing advisors to focus on growing their businesses and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute Spire's strategic growth plan and annual operating budget.
- Partner with executive leadership to enhance service offerings and drive business expansion.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes.
- Business Development
- Create and implement business development strategies that support annual revenue goals.
- Build relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, enterprises, and industry partners.
- Expand market awareness and adoption of Spire Outsourcing services.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's market position and industry presence.
- Client Experience
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality financial planning solutions.
- Champion client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and lead financial planning professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Promote ongoing professional development and industry education.
- Support the implementation of technologies and processes that improve service delivery.
- Industry Expertise
- Stay informed regarding financial planning trends, regulatory developments, and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, methodologies, and technologies to strengthen service offerings.
- Represent Spire at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial planning, wealth management, consulting, or related leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
- Experience leading teams and managing strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and advisor needs.
- CFP® designation or equivalent professional designation required.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
