Role: Managing Doctor in a high-volume, multi-chair dental practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry and oversee diagnosis and treatment planning.Ensure patient‑first, evidence-based care for a diverse, often underserved population, including Medi‑Cal patients.Mentor associate dentists and clinical staff to enhance team performance and clinical quality.Collaborate with operations to optimize scheduling, productivity, and patient experience.Maintain strict infection control, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards.
