Managing Consultant (Payment/Cards)

Required Skills

• Experience: 12+ years of proven experience in consulting, corporate strategy, innovation management, or a related field.
• Consulting DNA: Strong background in management/strategy consulting with a toolkit for problem-solving and workshop facilitation.
• Soft Skills: Highly energetic professional with exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Added Advantage: A strong understanding of the payments and cards industry, including current trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging fintech disruptions.
• Direct experience leading design thinking, innovation, or co-creation workshops.
• A structured and repeatable approach to problem framing, insight synthesis, and opportunity development.
• Strong facilitation skills with large, cross-functional stakeholder groups evidenced by being a core requirement in previous roles.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on innovation execution.
• Mandatory Skills: Program Management. Experience: >10 YEARS

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
