• Sources, interviews, and guides candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both parties
• Confidently negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared performance goals

Profile

• 4+ years in recruitment
• Proven track record of billing and exceeding targets
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven mindset
