Responsibilities
- Lead or support transformation initiatives in consumer lending, retail banking, and payments
- Assess and design future-state operating models and implementation strategies
- Manage transformation governance and program execution from strategy to results
- Create high-quality client deliverables and impactful presentations
- Build strong relationships with clients and convey recommendations clearly
- Contribute to business development efforts to expand the practice
- Work with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into consulting practices
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of consulting experience in business transformation for financial institutions
- Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members for Managing Consultant roles
- Background in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit card operations
- Proven capability in transforming operations within regulated financial institutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
