What you will do:
- Support the Designated Managing Broker in the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in their state.
- Assist in all operational elements necessary to comply with the individual state license law, REALTOR association membership and MLS participation, along with the transaction review process, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program.
- Conduct training to enhance agent’s knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and state real estate law.
- Promptly respond to agents' requests for assistance.
- Effectively consult and engage with eXp agents and others in problem-solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues.
- Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions.
- Support the implementation of the eXp Risk Management Program and valued risk management tools to eXp Agents.
- Aid in the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals.
- Support innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing state agent base in terms of brokerage operations.
- Coordinate distribution of inbound mail.

- Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.

- Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
- Remote Work experience required
- Dedicated home-office/work space
- Advanced Trello experience preferred
- Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely

Pay:
The total pay for this position starts at $90,000 USD/year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $100,000 USD/year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
