About the role
Our law firm seeks a Managing Attorney of Foreclosure for its high-volume foreclosure practice. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Indiana required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments
- Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff
- Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
- Develop and grow client relations
Experience
- Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
- Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
- Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
- Indiana barred for 8+ years
- 5+ years' experience in Creditors' Rights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Membership in the Indiana Bar
