Managing Attorney

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.
• Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed.
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution.
• Develop and grow client relations.

Experience

• Detail knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation).
• Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters.
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes.
• Creditors’ Rights experience required, including 5+ years’ experience.
• Colorado Bar membership required.

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
