Managing Attorney

About the role

Our law firm seeks a Managing Attorney of Foreclosure for its high-volume foreclosure practice. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments
• Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff
• Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
• Develop and grow client relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Membership in the Indiana Bar
• License to practice law in Indiana required

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
• Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
• Indiana barred for 8+ years
• 5+ years' experience in Creditors' Rights
