Specific Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.
- Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff.
- Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed.
- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution.
- Develop and grow client relations.
Experience
- Detail knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation).
- Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters.
- Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes.
- Wisconsin barred for 8+ years.
- 8+ years’ experience in Creditors’ Rights.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exercise a high-degree of professionalism.
- Creative problem solving;
- Client development;
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence.
Required Education And Training
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Membership in the Wisconsin Bar.
