Responsibilities
- Handling complex financial crimes targeting government programs and coffers.
- Supervising Assistant District Attorneys in the Financial Frauds Bureau who handle CARU cases from investigation through trial.
- Working extensively with law enforcement in drafting subpoenas, search warrants, GPS orders and Cell Site Orders.
- Reporting to the Deputy Bureau Chief and the Bureau Chief of the Financial Frauds Bureau.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in handling all aspects of a criminal investigation and prosecution.
- Excellent writing skills and experience drafting search warrants.
- Grand jury and felony jury trial experience.
- Extensive knowledge of New York Penal and Criminal Procedure Laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay
Title and salary depend upon qualifications and experience. Salary range from $128,000 to $165,000.
