Essential Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
- OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
- OR Minimum thirteen (13) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience working with care transformation operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Scrum Master certification.
