Essential Responsibilities

  • REMOVES OBSTACLES THAT IMPACT PERFORMANCE; GUIDES PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPS CONTINGENCY PLANS ACCORDINGLY; INFLUENCES THE COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS BY OTHERS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • OR Minimum thirteen (13) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience working with care transformation operations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Scrum Master certification.
