Manager, Workforce Management
About the role
with paragraph(s) summarizing. - Job Description Summary: description of mission control etc. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll treat as About the role. - Key Responsibilities: list of responsibilities. UseResponsibilities
with- each.
- Reporting Relationships: maybe not needed as separate heading; could be part of Responsibilities? But we can include as part of Responsibilities or maybe not needed.
- Typical Skills And Experiences: includes Education, Experience, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills. Could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide.
The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple.
We need to include Benefits section because posting lists benefits.
Pay: posting includes salary range: national salary range $97,000-$180,000; expected starting salary range $97,000-$145,000. So we have Pay info.
Schedule: posting mentions hybrid schedule, need to come into office according to department's current hybrid schedule. Also mentions "This position will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis. You will be required to come into the office, according to the department's current hybrid schedule." So we have schedule info: hybrid schedule, need to be within 35 miles of Columbus OH. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Note To Employment Agencies", "Note on Compensation for Part-Time Roles", etc. Also remove "Nationwide is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Values" maybe? Values is not a standard heading; but we could include if we want but not required. Probably better to omit as not in list.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like location requirement, hybrid schedule, SuccessFlex basis, etc.
We need to format as HTML fragment only.
Let's craft sections:

Position located in Columbus, OH; must reside within 35 miles of One Nationwide Plaza (43215).
Hired on a SuccessFlex basis.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Note on Compensation for Part-Time Roles" etc. We omitted. Check for any duplicated lines: we avoided. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "This role does not qualify for employer sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program." Should we include that? It's substantive. Could be placed under About the role or maybe a separate note. Since we have About the role paragraph, we can add that. Add to About the role: "This role does not qualify for employer‑sponsored work authorization and Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program." Also "It is our intention to fill this role in Columbus, OH." Already captured location. Also "The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of One Nationwide Plaza, Columbus OH, 43215." Already. Also "This position will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis." Already. Also "You will be required to come into the office, according to the department's current hybrid schedule." Already. Also "Job Description Summary" we captured. Also "Reporting Relationships: Reports to Director/AVP. This is an individual contributor job and may have opportunity to manage a team." Could be included under Responsibilities or About the role. Let's add a bullet under Responsibilities maybe: "Reports to Director/AVP; individual contributor role with potential to manage a team." Add to Responsibilities list. Also "Typical Skills And Experiences Education: Undergraduate studies..." we captured. Also "Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence." Could be included in Qualifications. Also "Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resource Business Partner." Not needed maybe but it's substantive. Could be added under Requirements as a note. But we need to preserve ALL substantive
