Manager Value Based Care Analytics
Job Description
The Manager of Value Based Care Analytics is a thought leader within the organization combining a strong analytical foundation with strategy. The Manager will lead a team of analysts responsible for modeling for all provider and payer contracting, value-based reimbursement design, quality, healthcare economics, as well as ongoing financial performance monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting.
Education And Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, actuarial, finance, business, or related field, or comparable work experience required
- Experience in health insurance analytics or health care analytics required
- Experience managing people, teams, and processes required
- Proficient with SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI required
- Skill in Microsoft suite: Excel – Expert, PowerPoint – Proficient, Word - Proficient required

- Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
