About the role

Understand customer requirements and create test cases based on them. Provide test effort estimation to Quality Manager. Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively and manage expectations of conflicting stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases based on customer requirements
• Peer review for test cases
• Test data creation in test systems
• Planning and executing as per the defined test strategy
• Present demos to customers

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience
• Prior SAP experience is mandatory; non-SAP experience will not be considered
• Good experience working with functional, automation, and performance testing teams
• Good knowledge of automation tools including eCATT, QTP, Worksoft Certify, SAP TAO, Selenium, and LoadRunner
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
• Notice period of 2 to 3 weeks is preferable
