Work you'll do As a Manager, Transfer Pricing on the Transfer Pricing team, you will be responsible for: Analyze transfer pricing issues for multinational enterprises in collaboration with economists, tax attorneys, tax specialists, and business professionalsDevelop an understanding of client business models, industry dynamics, and intercompany transaction flowsPerform economic and financial analyses, including benchmark studies, database research, and financial modelingSupport the development of proposals, document requests, reports, presentations, and other client deliverablesSupervise, mentor, and support the development of Tax Consultants and Senior Consultants across engagements Responsibilities will include: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsSkill in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorConsistent focus on meeting deadlinesProviding clear guidance to others The team Deloitte's Transfer Pricing practice helps clients develop transfer pricing strategies, prepare documentation, and respond to audit and controversy matters across a range of industries and jurisdictions. The practice is highly collaborative and offers opportunities to work with Deloitte professionals across tax, economics, finance, and legal disciplines on global engagements. Professionals in this practice build experience in economic analysis, financial modeling, and client service while helping organizations address complex international tax and transfer pricing issues. Qualifications Required: Ability to work within a hybrid model that requires in-person co-location 2-3 days per weekAbility to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, economics, finance, accounting, or tax One of the following active accreditations obtained Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA If not CPA eligible: Licensed attorney Enrolled Agent Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) Other: foreign equivalent of the above Preferred: Background in Big 4, transfer pricing, or financial services environmentsPerformance of economic analysis, financial analysis, or financial modelingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPointPreparation of reports, presentations, proposals, or other client deliverables The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,175 to $237,375. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
