Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, the Manager will …

What will you do in this role?

• Draft request lists and manage client communications regarding requested items
• Manage the creation of databooks
• Prepare materials for management meetings
• Draft adjusted EBITDA, adjusted net working capital, and debt and debt-like tables
• Communicate with senior managers, directors, and principals on a regular basis
• Develop associates and senior associates by coaching and providing real-time feedback

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory or audit
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
• CPA certification or strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Project management experience
• Calibrate style to communicate clearly and concisely
• Able and willing to travel as needed

Pay

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $147,900. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
