Responsibilities

  • Counsel and mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Manage and prioritize team responsibilities.
  • Maintain and update the budget and fee analysis.
  • Manage multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Review and evaluate project databooks prepared by team members.
  • Generate a full due diligence report.
  • Lead the Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding engagement matters.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day client interaction and relationships.
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Proactively recruit, train, and develop Associate and Senior Associates.
  • Gather applicable conflict check information and coordinate with Managing Directors to set up engagement codes and other engagement requirements.
  • Aid in sales and business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related field.
  • CPA or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor.
