The Operational Strength Program (OSP) at Avis Budget Group is designed for ambitious, high-potential leaders ready to master operations and drive their careers. This immersive program combines structured learning, functional rotations, and real-world immersion—equipping participants with the strategic skills, leadership confidence, and business acumen needed to lead operations for a Fortune 500 organization.
What You’ll Do
- Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program and kick-start your path to becoming an Operations Manager.
- Rotate through key operational functions, receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders, and build skills to drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- With operations across the country, successful Operations Managers must be open to relocating to any one of our locations nationwide, in the Company's discretion, following completion of the initial eight-week structured training curriculum.

Qualifications
- 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service
- Ability and willingness to relocate anywhere nationwide
- Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Experience as a team member or team leader (e.g., sports, clubs, military, etc.)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States
- Strong leadership potential, resilience, and passion for leading teams
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Emotional intelligence, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Regular, on-site presence (this role is not remote)
