Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager Trainee to join our dynamic team at Tower Loan. This full-time position is part of our Manager Development Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted into a leadership role.

Required

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred

• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience

On-site

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays.
