Manager Trainee

About the role

Our Manager Trainee Position is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

Responsibilities and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be motivated, have a passion for excellence, be innovative, driven, and goal-oriented. You should also have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to lead and develop a team, and leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.
