Manager Trainee

About the role

Our Manager Trainee Position is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

Responsibilities and Qualities

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, have a passion for excellence, are innovative, driven, and goal-oriented. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to lead and develop a team, and leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.
