About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Lead the Guest Service Department Manager to ensure high-quality customer experiences and effective sales promotions.
• Lead the Kitchen Department Manager to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, and cost control.
• Lead the People Department Manager to ensure qualified crew hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants.
