Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Lead the Guest Service Department Manager to ensure high-quality customer experiences and effective sales promotions.
- Lead the Kitchen Department Manager to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, and cost control.
- Lead the People Department Manager to ensure qualified crew hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants.
