About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, kitchen operations, and employee management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
- Lead the Guest Service Department to ensure high-quality customer experiences, sales promotions, and staff training.
- Oversee the Kitchen Department to ensure quality food delivery, food safety, and cost control.
- Manage the People Department to hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate existing staff.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for the role.
