Manager Trainee

About the role

The Hood Distribution Management Trainee program is designed to expose future leaders to the diverse operations, markets, customers, and management styles across Hood Distribution facilities.

Responsibilities

- Begin with core operational aspects of the business. - Progress to sales and marketing aspects as the development process continues. - Learn to create service-oriented environments through hiring, training, and managing employees. - Gain exposure to various departments and management staff at Hood Industries' corporate headquarters. - Develop leadership skills through trips to key vendor mills, production facilities, and industry association classes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business. - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. - At least 3 years of work experience. - Eager to learn multiple roles within the industry. - Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Benefits
