A Day in the Life

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) supports flexible, local rental solutions for a broad customer base outside of airport hubs. As a Manager Trainee, you will:

• Support achievement of location sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
• Aid in store operations and compliance
• Support team with miscellaneous tasks such as vehicle and facility care, cleaning, and customer service assistance
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion
• Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics
• Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Exceptional time management skills
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Presentable attire
• Experience working in a professional environment
