A Day in the Life

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) focuses on providing flexible, local rental solutions to a broad customer base outside of airport hubs. What You’ll Do

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals, deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores, learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control, assist with store operations and compliance, vehicle and facility care.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management in daily operations, build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching, prepare for future leadership roles through structured training.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 20 years of age or older, High School Diploma or equivalent required, valid driver’s license, strong computer and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow, exceptional time management skills, flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, presentable attire, experience working in a professional environment.
