Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Work directly with Third Party Advisors by providing the necessary operational and practice management support required to facilitate the distribution of TIAA’s products and services on our platform.
- Support the activities of the Advisor Desk and Relationship Management team by providing subject matter expertise on our infrastructure and operational processes in order to broaden the distribution of TIAA products and services through Third Party Advisors.
- Act as the SME for certain operational processes by developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining standard operating procedures for both plan level consultants and participant level advisors.
- Manage and monitor certain aspects of our controls built into our infrastructure and processes to ensure that we are minimizing risks associated with the business being conducted by Third Party Advisors on our platform.
- Support special initiatives and projects to ensure the ongoing health and development of our Third Party Advisor platform.
Educational Requirements
University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a client facing role interacting with internal and external relationships.
- Preferred Skills: 7+ years of experience in a client facing role interacting with internal and external relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) and Broker Dealer (B/D) Regulatory Environment
- Strong communication skills and client influencing ability
- Ability to make accurate decisions and act independently
