About the role

The Manager, Thermal Control Systems will lead the development of thermal and fluid systems that enable artificial gravity and long-term human habitation in space. This role involves guiding a small team of mechanical engineers, contributing directly to system architecture, design, and test, and shaping mission-critical hardware that must operate flawlessly in orbit.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in mechanical engineering teams

• Experience with spaceflight hardware and systems

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Professional certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ASME, NASA)
