About the role
The Manager, Thermal Control Systems will lead the development of thermal and fluid systems that enable artificial gravity and long-term human habitation in space. This role involves guiding a small team of mechanical engineers, contributing directly to system architecture, design, and test, and shaping mission-critical hardware that must operate flawlessly in orbit.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in mechanical engineering teams
- Experience in thermal and fluid systems design

- Experience with spaceflight hardware and systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Professional certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ASME, NASA)
